Home remedies for hair loss that actually work!

You lose about 50 to 100 hairs a day, which is normal, according to dermatologists. When hair loss exceeds this stage, we begin to notice larger clumps of hair or bald patches, a condition called alopecia.

Many people experience thinning hair in their thirties, due to the negative effects of hormonal changes, stress, and poor diet. Therefore, in addition to addressing the underlying causes of hair loss or the onset of baldness, it can be helpful and effective to start using home remedies to promote hair regrowth.

Onions and garlic

Did you know that ingredients we use every day in our recipes can help create natural remedies for hair loss that stimulate hair regrowth? Sulfur activates collagen production, which helps hair grow. Onions and garlic are rich sources of sulfur, which explains why they are used in conventional hair regrowth medications.

Finely chop the onion and crush it to extract the juice. Apply to the scalp and leave on for about 15 minutes, then wash with a mild shampoo.

Crush two cloves of garlic, add a little coconut oil, and boil for 2 minutes. When the mixture is cool enough to touch, apply it to your scalp, massaging it in gently. Repeat this treatment 2 to 3 times a week for best results. Coconut

Another ingredient that can be helpful is coconut. Coconut contains a large number of compounds that improve hair health and growth. Coconut milk contains protein, essential fats, and minerals, such as potassium and iron. Regular use can strengthen brittle hair.

Coconut oil provides the same compounds and, in addition, strengthens hair by allowing it to penetrate from root to tip. Regular use of this oil by rubbing it into the scalp has a protective effect against hair loss.

Grate some coconut and apply this cream to the areas where your hair is thinning. Leave the cream on overnight, and in the morning, wash it out with water.

Henna

Long used for hair coloring and as a conditioner in Asian and African countries, henna is a major hair strengthener. Mixed with mustard oil, its effects are even more remarkable.

Place approximately 250 ml of mustard oil in a saucepan and add 60 g of washed and dried henna. Heat the mixture until the leaves are completely scorched. Then strain the mixture through cheesecloth. Let it cool and store it away from light. You can use this preparation to massage your scalp regularly.

Some people use a hair-conditioning mixture that includes one part powdered henna leaves blended with a larger part buttermilk. Apply the mixture to the scalp and let it dry. Then, wash it out with cool water and a mild shampoo. If you want wonderful hair, try these homemade henna and hibiscus mixtures.

Coconut oil and hibiscus are key factors in the thick hair seen among people living in Kerala, India. Hibiscus has revitalizing properties: it regenerates hair, prevents premature graying, and helps get rid of dandruff. Regular use of hibiscus flowers may help prevent male pattern baldness.

Blend a few hibiscus flowers and mix them with sesame or coconut oil to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste to your scalp, leave it on for about two hours, then wash it out with cool water and a mild shampoo.

Amla

Rich in vitamin C and nutrients that promote cell strengthening, amla is the ideal solution for most male pattern baldness problems. In addition to its application to the scalp, where it is valued for its moisturizing, nourishing, softening, restructuring, and fortifying properties, the amla fruit can be used in cosmetics and food. It is also used in Ayurvedic medicine for its antioxidant qualities, its high vitamin C content, and its polyphenols, to treat circulatory problems and a wide range of other health issues.

Use amla powder, available in health food stores. Add 2 teaspoons of powder to 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix well and apply to the scalp until dry. Wash with lukewarm water. Egg

Eggs are another rich source of sulfur. They also contain plenty of protein and minerals such as selenium, iodine, phosphorus, iron, and zinc. This makes them an excellent hair regrowth stimulant, especially when used with olive oil.

Take an egg white and mix it with a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat to form a paste and apply to your entire scalp and hair. Leave the mixture on your hair for about 15 to 20 minutes, then wash it out with cool water and a mild shampoo.
