Bacon-Loaded Cheeseburger Meatloaf

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2: Mix the meatloaf

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Mix until evenly combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Step 3: Shape the loaf

Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into an even loaf.

Step 4: Make the glaze

In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until smooth.

Step 5: Add the topping

Spread the glaze evenly across the top of the meatloaf.

Step 6: Bake

Bake for 60–75 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and browned on top.

Step 7: Rest before slicing

Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to rest for 5–10 minutes before cutting.

This helps the juices settle and makes slicing easier.
