Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potato

  2. Poke holes
    • Use a fork to poke 6–10 holes
    • Prevents steam buildup
  3. Season the skin (optional but tasty)
    • Rub with a little oil or butter
    • Sprinkle salt for crispier skin
  4. Bake
    • Oven: 200°C (400°F)
    • Time: 45–60 minutes depending on size
  5. Check doneness
    • Skin should be crisp
    • Knife should slide in easily
  6. Fluff and serve
    • Cut open and fluff inside with a fork
