Pineapple Coconut Cream Dessert Bake

1. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake.
4. Spoon crushed pineapple evenly over the layer.
5. Spread vanilla pudding mixture on top.
6. Top with remaining whipped topping.
7. Sprinkle shredded coconut and toasted coconut over the top.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
