Ingredients
- 4 cups (20 oz) frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Directions
- Add corn, cream, butter, and sugar to a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until the butter melts and everything is combined.
- Once it starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let it thicken into a rich, creamy sauce, then remove from heat and rest for a few minutes.
- Taste, adjust sweetness if needed, and serve warm.
