Directions
- Prepare the dish – Lightly grease a 13×9-inch glass baking dish.
- Crush the pretzels – Place pretzels in a zip-top bag and crush into small pieces, avoiding fine crumbs.
- Make the crust – Combine crushed pretzels with melted butter until evenly coated. Press firmly into the prepared dish and chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Add the cream layer – Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate another 20–30 minutes.
- Top with strawberries – Spoon strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading evenly to the edges.
- Chill until set – Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Serve cold – Slice into squares and lift out carefully to show off the layers.
