1. Season the Pork Chops

  • Pat the pork chops dry.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2. Optional Sear (For Extra Flavor)

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  • Transfer to the slow cooker.

3. Prepare the Gravy

  • In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soup, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.

4. Slow Cook

  • Pour the gravy mixture over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook:
