Yellowed mattresses and pillows, how to whiten them without using bleach

How to whiten yellowed pillows and mattresses
You have probably noticed that over time our pillows and mattresses tend to change from white to a more yellowish tone, because when we sleep our body sweats and it seeps through the fabric causing these stains, humidity and the proliferation of mites. It is recommended to change the sheets at least once a week and clean the mattress and pillows at least three times a year. In any case, we recommend following the specific instructions that each cushion has on its label and when we have finished cleaning it, check very carefully that there are no remains to ensure that it is completely clean.
