Instructions:

Prepare the veggies
Wash and slice all vegetables as directed. Combine cabbage, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, green onion, and dill in a large bowl. -
Make the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add honey for a slight sweetness if desired. -
Toss and serve
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for flavors to meld or serve immediately. -
Optional Garnish
Sprinkle extra black pepper or seeds (sunflower, sesame) before serving.
