Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Zucchini, washed and sliced into even $1/4$-inch rounds

  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour (or cornstarch for an extra crisp coating)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

  • Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
