Instructions
1. Make the Dough
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Stir until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5–6 minutes until smooth.
2. Let It Rise
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel. Let rest in a warm spot for 45 minutes until slightly puffed.
3. Prepare Garlic Butter
Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
4. Shape the Naan
Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each into a 6-inch circle. Place 2–3 tablespoons of cheese in the center, fold over, and gently roll into a flat oval.
5. Cook the Naan
Heat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high. Cook each naan 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
6. Finish with Garlic Butter
Brush the hot naan generously with garlic butter. Serve warm while the cheese is melted and stretchy.
